How I saved $800 on my flight to Dublin.

Recently, I returned from a trip to Ireland and Scotland. Several people asked me how much I paid for tickets and when I said that I paid $400 each for a round trip my friends were shocked.

So I figured I should tell you how I pulled that off!

The story starts over 2 years ago now, I signed up for an app called FareDrop.

FareDrop sends you flight deals straight to your phone based on your travel goals. It was founded by full-time travelers and creators Kara and Nate who know a thing or two about landing great travel deals. They LOVE to travel, so much so that they haven’t stopped since 2017.

I deals I’ve seen are out of this world!

Here is one I pulled up just today.

As you can see the normal price for a flight to Paris from Seattle is $1,122 and FareDrop found one for $432!

On my flights to Dublin, the normal price was around $800 and the deal I got was $435! So I knew it was a no-brainer to purchase the flights. We were going to Ireland! Know it was time to look for hotels and Airbnbs.

Every single day FareDrop goes through tens of millions of flights to find the cheapest ones out there. (There are actual humans behind the screen that checks these deals 🤯)

And then, they send deals that match your preferences straight to your phone.

How cool is that?!
